Wow. Just wow. Oscar was very knowledgeable and professional during our initial visit. He made great suggestions and walked us through the install process. Afterwards we received a detail design and quote that we held on to throughout the Summer. We did seek other quotes but Oscar continued to follow up in the most professional but personable way possible so we decided to give him our business and boy were we glad we did! His team was prompt. He foresaw rain on our scheduled install day and actually had his team come to do the install a day earlier. We added an extra light at the last minute and he was totally accommodating. After having experiences with other installation companies this Summer, I really think Oscar and his team are miles ahead of the competition. He’s a great businessman and we look forward to recommending him to our family and friends.

Not only did he do an excellent job at recommending different options for lighting both our house & landscape, he also provided videos with those recommendations for us to consider after our initial meeting. But what really knocked our socks off was his follow up & willingness to go above & beyond. When I was unsure if up lighting or down lighting would look best on the upper level of our home, Oscar & his crew came out at night to show us what it would actually look like lit both ways! It took all the anxiety out of making the right choice. Oscar & his team also did a tremendous job of helping to adjust a mirror ball hanging on the vaulted ceiling of our back patio. He's checked in with us on the install a few times afterwards & is coming back out today to help us install a smart switch so we have better control over the timing of the lighting. Oscar went to my house it was raining and still he took the time to explore the whole house and explained to me how’s everything going to be ( details, ideas, time frame, payment options) etc. 1 day later I received the estimate with a full color pictures of my house indicating ( light location, light type, cost, materials etc). The cost of the project was a little bit over our budget and Oscar worked out giving us different options. This picture doesn't show the entire yard after we added other outdoor Christmas stuff. But it shows what a fantastic job they did. All of the lights are facing where they should be and bright as a Christmas Eve. Oscar did the work for us. He came and evaluated what we needed and gave us the best price ever. When he came to install the lights he was so professional and fun to work with. None of my silly questions bothered him one bit. I've always wanted to have these lights on our place and look forward to having VISIV come by at the end of November to get us started with this years' display. My husband and I would recommend this company to everyone. Last but not least, they not only install, they also take the lights down. We had a great experience with VISIV outdoor lighting for my home. I worked with Oscar on the design and he brought great ideas and experience to help improve our vision. We contacted Visiv for an estimate and they made time on their schedule immediately to visit our home and provide a detailed fair estimate. The did not try to "upsell" and tell us what "they" thought we needed. They listened to what we wanted and made only small suggestions on tweaking what we originally asked for. Even provided us a small light at no charge to highlight an engraved stone in honor of my mother where we had planted a tree in her memory. They completed the job on the day committed, at the price committed, and even came back out to ensure lighting was proper that evening. We highly recommend them. We will have them back in future to do more in rear yard when needed.

Oscar answered the phone immediately and came the same day to give us a quote and detail how the lighting would be setup. He answered his phone and was very helpful and said he would have someone out to look at it that day. True to form, his crew showed up at 6:15 last evening and replaced the light. He ensured we were completely satisfied and returned several times to provide different iterations to our lighting. I highly recommend VISIV if you're in the market for exterior lighting. Oscar was amazing to work with! Not only did he do an excellent job at recommending different options for lighting both our house & landscape, he also provided videos with those recommendations for us to consider after our initial meeting. But what really knocked our socks off was his follow up & willingness to go above & beyond. When I was unsure if up lighting or down lighting would look best on the upper level of our home, Oscar & his crew came out at night to show us what it would actually look like lit both ways! It took all the anxiety out of making the right choice. Oscar & his team also did a tremendous job of helping to adjust a mirror ball hanging on the vaulted ceiling of our back patio. He's checked in with us on the install a few times afterwards & is coming back out today to help us install a smart switch so we have better control over the timing of the lighting. I used VISIV Outdoor Lighting last year to install landscape lighting around our home. I originally just wanted to highlight the columns on the front, but VISIV came up with a comprehensive plan to highlight architectural features of the home, like the three dormers in the front, the gable ends, and various windows. Their lights offer additional security since first floor windows are washed in light, but it's not "intrusive" for us in the evening. In the backyard, they added path lighting and stair lighting for our terrace level and lights to highlight our trees. I just love pulling up to our house at night. Recently, we had an issue where the lights in the rear stopped working. The team came out and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. A critter, probably a chipmunk, had chewed through a wire they'd hidden in a crevice of a retaining wall. They fixed it in about 5 minutes. Such impressive service! I would definitely use VISIV again for another outdoor lighting project.

Several years ago Visiv Outdoor Lighting installed accent lighting that enhanced the front of our new home and courtyard. They provided excellent recommendations, competitive pricing and professional service. More recently, they promptly responded to a service request to repair a line that was accidentally cut by a third party and went above the call of duty to repair my neighbor’s issue as well. I would highly recommend Visiv as they are creative, personable and responsive.
Our experience with VISIV Outdoor Lighting was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We knew we wanted outdoor lighting to enhance our outdoor landscape but didn’t know just what we needed to get the look we wanted. Not a problem, Oscar came onsite, heard our ideas about the area of our property we wanted illuminated and that’s when the magic began. He made design suggestions, took pictures of our house from various angles and promised an estimate within 24 hours. We received the written estimate timely, as promised, along with an attached PDF of the house pictures he’d taken with graphic renderings depicting where each uplight and downlight would be installed. Just seeing how great the lights looked in pictures was exciting alone but the price estimate prompted an immediate acceptance of their written proposal. One week after receiving and accepting their proposal, Israel and team arrived as scheduled and completed the total installation within about 4-5 hours. They were very careful to replace all grass displaced during their trenching for wiring installation. We couldn’t even tell where they had trenched. The installation and finished look exceeded our expectations and that says a lot coming from me, someone known for setting the bar fairly high. Oscar followed up to inquire about our satisfaction with the job they’d done. He returned onsite twice to make adjustments per our request. When they say, they want to ensure you are satisfied with their work, they really mean it. The outdoor lighting looks amazing as acknowledged by neighbors and visitors. After our installation, my neighbor directly across the street immediately scheduled an appointment with VISIV to get the same service. Her’s looks amazing as well. Another neighbor asked for their contact information as well. Update: 4 years after our initial installation, we are still thoroughly enjoying the dynamic effects of our landscape lighting on our house and at the base of our pecan trees. We have had occasion to need a service or slight tweaking on a few lights. Without excuse or delay, Oscar Ruiz sends his very capable team, lead by Israel, to address the problem. This company means it when they say customer satisfaction is top priority. I honestly got a quote because I was starting to “plan" my outdoor upgrade but did not plan on hiring anyone for a while. Oscar came and gave me a price so good I couldn't pass it up. I did not realize what an upgrade it would be! My house has so much more curb appeal with the outdoor lights. I love them. I don't ever write reviews because I think payment is enough BUT the price was so low comparatively to other quotes I got, plus the before and after was so drastic that I had to write a review.

I recently decided to add holiday lighting to my home and was fortunate to have met Oscar who was personable and professional. I shared my ideas with him and together we came up with a plan to give my home that extra special note during this wonderful time of year. His team arrived on a very cold day and proceeded to install. I offered them a hot beverage and asked their opinion of how I might go about hanging a wreath on a column made of fiberglass. They were generous in not only giving me ideas but took it one step further to show me the material needed to be sure it would be secure. The team was efficient, friendly and when they left there was no evidence of discarded materials. As an added bonus, Oscar contacted me to be sure I was happy. Oscar with VISIV installed lighting all around my house and pool 3 years ago. It was stunning! I recently had to have my retaining wall replaced and the lighting in the back all had to be removed. Of course I hired VISIV immediately again to reinstall the lighting. The guys did an AMAZING job - they cleaned the fixtures they replaced and it’s all back in tip top shape. Gorgeous once again.
